Exercise 1
Stand tall at hip-width apart stance, holding the dumbbells in your hands. Slightly bend your knees and lean your torso forward, placing your hands in front of you. Simultaneously, lift your right hand up and your left hand to the back. Continue by alternating sides.
Begin on your back with a dumbbell in each hand and knees bent with heels on the floor close to your hips. Push your hips up into a glute bridge while simultaneously pressing the dumbbells up.
Sit on the floor with your knees bent at 45-degree angle. Hold the dumbbells in your hands and place them in front of you. Gently lean your body backwards, and open your arm towards your right side. Gaze the movement of your arm. Alternate between sides.
Holding a dumbbell in each hand, do a plie squat. Raise the dumbbells up to your chin. Do a toe raise with your right foot and lift your left arm at the same time. Repeat with the other foot and arm.
Lie on your back, raising your knees to a 90-degree angle. Hold a dumbbell in one hand. Tilt your chin and extend your left leg while passing the dumbbell under your right knee. Return to the starting position. Repeat the movement with the other knee.
Take a dumbbells and hold them in front of your chest. Take a step back with your left leg. Bend your right knee and touch the floor with your left knee. Return to the starting position and repeat.
Stand tall with a dumbbells in each hand. Bend your elbows, palms facing up. Make a squat and extend your arms to the sides. Return to the starting position and repeat.
Stand up straight with a dumbbell in each hand. Lift your left knee up in a 90-degree angle and step back, going into a lunge. At the same time, bring the dumbbells up to your chin. Raise them above your head while simultaneously doing a toe raise with your right foot. Go back and repeat.
